Shop-built pressure vessels, storage tanks and steel structures from our 80,000 sq. ft. Lahore workshop, fabricated, welded and inspected under controlled conditions.
Overview
Our workshop on Multan Road, Lahore, is where design becomes hardware. Plate rolling, cutting, forming, welding, machining and assembly are carried out under cover, in a controlled environment, with in-process inspection at each stage rather than only at the end of the build.
The same facility handles new-build fabrication, capacity upgrades and repair or refurbishment of existing pressure equipment and storage vessels brought in from client sites.

- Welding to qualified procedures, including pressure-retaining welds

- 4Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing as specified
- 5Surface treatment, coating and final dimensional inspection
- 6Packing and dispatch or direct mobilisation to site
Quality & Inspection Approach
- Welding carried out to qualified welding procedure specifications (WPS) by qualified welders
- In-process and final non-destructive testing (NDT) per project specification
- Material traceability maintained from receipt through to dispatch

Do you fabricate to a client's own design and specification?+
Yes. We regularly fabricate to third-party or licensor-issued drawings and specifications, in addition to designs developed by our own engineering team.
